About Us

...here is how it works.

Step 1 - Collection

Once we have received your transport order, our collections planner allocates your job to one of our drivers.  They will come and collect the pallets from you and bring them back to our Tonbridge site.

Step 2 - Outbound Trunking

Once your consignment is with us, a thermal barcode label is attached to the pallet so it is ready for onward transit. All the pallets bound for the same regional hub are collated and loaded onto the relevant vehicle. It is at this stage the first scanning is conducted and track and trace visibility becomes available.

Step 3 - Regional Hub Sortation

When our trailer arrives at the hub and passes through the gatehouse, all pallets are scanned for the second time, marking their arrival. A further scan is carried out when the pallets go through the Quality Control process. The trailer is then offloaded and pallets are allocated to the relevant delivery depots bay, at this point another scan is taken.

Step 4 - Onward Trunking

The delivering depot will then load all the pallets allocated to their bay onto their trunk vehicle for delivery back to their depot. At this stage your pallet is scanned a further two times. Once when loaded onto the trailer and again when leaving the hub.

Step 5 - Final Delivery

Once arrived at the local delivery depot, your pallet will be transhipped onto the delivery vehicle where it will be scanned once again. It will then start the last leg of its journey to the delivery point. Once offloaded there the final scanning will take place and your signed Proof Of Delivery generated.
