What size is a standard pallet? > Answer

We base everything on a standard UK wooden 4 way entry pallet, measuring 1m wide x 1.2m deep.


Are you able to deliver to Amazon Fulfilment Centres? > Answer

Palletline are a preferred carrier into Amazon and operate a consolidation service into all the FC's. This makes the booking in process less arduous for vendors and reduces the risk of late delivery fines. To find out more about the benefits of using this service, please contact the sales team. 


I require a tail lift collection/delivery, is this possible? > Answer

Yes - As long as the pallet is no longer than 1.5m and no heavier than 1000kg's, we do offer a tail lift service.For which a per pallet surcharge is applied.


My goods are not palletised, can you still transport them? > Answer

No - We can only accept goods that are packed and wrapped onto pallets. We can provide a pallet and wrap service; however this needs to be pre-arranged and does incur additional charges.


Can the driver unload the goods from the pallet and take them into a building? > Answer

No - We offer a curb side delivery only. The pallet will be offloaded and placed where it is safe to do so.


Do you take away the pallet and wrap from the delivery point? > Answer

No - The packaging and pallet are the responsibility of the recipient. However with prior notification, we can request this is removed at the point of delivery.


Do you deliver at the weekends and on bank holidays? > Answer

Yes - We can deliver on Saturdays and Bank Holidays, however there are additional charges for this service. We do not operate on Sundays.


What do I need to do to prepare my goods for transit? > Answer

All goods should be securely packed and wrapped onto the pallet and address labels attached. For detailed instructions view our Pallet Presentation guide in our News & Information section.


Can you carry hazardous/dangerous goods? > Answer

Do you deliver into Europe? > Answer

Yes - Please see Our Services page for more details, or contact us on 01732 358800.


Can you store un-palletised goods? > Answer

No - Our warehouses are fully racked and suitable for standard UK pallets, packed no higher than 1.6m, and weighing no more than 900kgs.


Are you able to pick orders for onward distribution? > Answer

Yes - However we only pick at carton level, not individual items.


Is your warehouse open on Saturdays? > Answer

No - Our warehouse operates Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm.


Do you provide temperature controlled storage? > Answer

No - Both warehouses are ambient.


Can you store Hazardous goods? > Answer

Yes - However this is dependent on the type and quantity of product, so please contact the sales team to discuss in detail.


How can I monitor my stock? > Answer

We have a computerised warehouse system, with the facility for you to view your stock levels online.


Can you collect a container from the dock? > Answer

No - We do not provide container transport, however we can receive and de-stuff containers once on site. These need to be pre-booked into one of two daily slots.
